Danielle is host of the Lucky Chow television series and the founder of the LUCKYRICE Festival, a nationwide showcase of Asian food culture in the U.S. For Lucky Chow, she has put together both iconic and rising star chefs to showcase the unprecedented interest in Asian culture today and the stories behind why our tastebuds are gravitating East. Born in Taipei, Danielle learned from an early age that food + family = a recipe for happiness.

Francisco is the director and cinematographer for Lucky Chow and has produced countless original digital content for Discovery, Nat Geo Wild, Refinery 29, Food Network, HGTV, DIY Network, Cooking Channel, Bloomberg TV and for a wide range of brands: Nike, Lexus, Fios, and Lonely Planet. He has directed commercials for Dodge and Wendy’s and broadcast specials for Travel Channel.
